Poem: Stone Castle

I’m wandering mindlessly in the large towers of your castle

lost; forbidden desires and the hunger to eat you whole.

Broken bones & scrapes on my kneecaps from your cemented stones

Palms and shins touching floors: crawling.

I’m looking for the door.

An Ominous voice calling –

I’m like a lonely sheep crying for its shepherd.

Three moons showing me the way in the dark

Stumbling, but I’m on my way

The rumbling in my aching stomach is subsiding
