On the left is my health log for the week. It includes food, exercise, and water. I think I’ll soon add a sleeping log. On the left I have my goals for the week in the right column, and I have an overview for the week on the left column, which includes budget, next week goals, and a habit log.
I’ve been using this setup for the past few weeks, and It’s been working tremendously for me. The food log, I use more of a planning meal tool. In the exercise log, I’ve been including the types of workouts I’ve done, which includes the reps and sets. The habit log is separated for morning routines and night routines.
