This week, I was supposed to give you guys an updated version of my progress, but I haven’t had the time to take photos, so I’ll do that as soon as I can. So, instead, I have a collage of strong women that I personally would like to become as fit. Mind you, most of these women are athletes. Their careers is to stay strong and fit. So, please don’t expect yourself to have bodies like these women. Everyone also has different heights and body type. I am a mesomorph – an athletic build, so I tried to create a college of similar body types. Plus, I want a career as a personal trainer, so I thought it was alright for me to look up to these women.

Crying because currently ill in bed and can’t even stand up without feeling weak :(( I miss working out!! You got me motivated to run after I get better!

Oh! I’m so sorry to hear! I hate when I get sick – I feel like it really pushes me back when it comes to fitness and the things I want to do, but I guess that’s our body telling us we need to slow it down. I hope you feel better! xoxo

Yeah, I do. My ultimate idol is Jennifer Aniston, who through the years never stopped looking feminine and beautiful, but she always was amazingly shaped.
