25 Things to Do Before I’m 25

25 Things to do before I'm 25

Why 25 things to do before I turn 25?

I realized that I’m getting older, and I have a vision of what my timeline looks like. I’m still living with my family, and one main thing I want to do before I’m 30, is to move out! So, the above list isn’t meant to be all completed, but they are steps toward living my dream life. The gist of my dream life is to be independent, live with a small carbon footprint, inspire and influence others, and have a career that helps others to help themselves and become their best selves!

What challenges do I foresee?

I read from another blog that if we think we can’t accomplish something, all the more reason to go for it. It inspired to me actually write down some of those things and want to tackle those challenges. The real two that I see tough accomplishing are: doing a jiu jitsu tournament and winning a metal, and transitioning to a no pork and beef diet. For the former, I’m afraid of entering a tournament. I don’t feel ready, and I feel like I don’t know what the hell I’m doing even though I’ve been doing it for almost 2 years. Let alone, I can’t imagine winning a medal. The latter, I’ve wanted to reduce my carbon footprint, and not eating beef is a huge one! Plus, I love animals, and it’s time I practice what I preach. It just seems like a tough one to achieve because I live with my family, and they eat beef. I also live in a small town where there aren’t many alternatives at restaurants and grocery stores, but I’m going to try to do this anyway!
