My 5 Year Plan

Here is a depiction of a life I’d like to lead a.k.a my life-long goals.

I want a slow life. To live somewhere green in the spring and summer, red and yellow in the fall, and white in the winter. To hang my laundry out in the wind, and to have fruits, veggies, and herbs growing in my backyard, to have a local library filled with thousands of books, and a home filled with the scent of baked apple pie.

I want a home that represents my values, low-carbon footprint, and allows me to work creatively.

I want to have adventure, girlfriends who have my back, and a lover who is my best friend. I want to be strong and fit, and have my own business as a holistic health coach and a self-defense instructor.

    1. Alana, it can definitely be daunting because I know I tend to stress a little bit thinking about my future. But, of course, life may deviate, but it’s nice to have something to aim towards. I hope you do try! I do strongly believe that those who write out their goals and create a plan are more likely to achieve them!

  1. Girl – this is so motivational! Setting out your intentions and writing down your goals is sooo helpful and beneficial. I really need to start doing this for my long term goals because every time I do it for short term goals it works. From this post it really seems like you have everything planned and you know where you’re going and I’m so happy for you! ❤

    1. I’m glad I could motivate someone! Yes, it totally does, doesn’t it? Before, I felt so discombobulated, and I was so frustrated that I didn’t know what to do with myself, but with this, I feel like I can gain some direction 🙂
