  • Lose 1 inch on waist
    • record intake of food, and have a caloric deficit to lose .5 lb a week
    • start boxing 1 x a week
  • Declutter 3 areas from wardrobe every Sunday & donate
  • Practice yoga for at least 10 min 2 x a week
  • Read daily during night routine
  • Apply to Fitness 19
  • Visit Griffith park zoo or downtown Redlands
  • Earn 350 visitors on blog
  • Earn 220 followers on instagram
  • Post a jiu jitsu post and workout post on instagram: story or post?
